We fix what's broken, clear out what nobody uses any more, and write down how everything works. That way nothing depends on one person remembering it.

We look after it
From then on it's ours to worry about. Updates, backups, security, and a real person to call whenever something isn't working the way it should.

Software built around how you work
Still typing the same booking into three places, or rebuilding the same report by hand every month? We don't just install other people's software — we write it. Tell us the job nobody should be doing twice and we'll price it as a one-off.
Option.02
Off-site backups
A second copy of everything important, stored securely in Canadian data centres, so a fire, a flood, or a theft doesn't take the business with it.
Option.03
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
Business email, shared calendars, video calls, and the document programs your team already knows. We'll license, set up, and support either one — and move you across if you've outgrown what you're on.
Option.04
Website hosting and domain names
We'll host your website and look after your domain name so it never quietly expires. If your site or online booking system is how you make money, we'll build hosting that stays up when it matters most. Offered only to businesses we already look after.
Option.05
Business phones
Phone service that runs over your internet connection. Cheaper and far more flexible than a traditional phone line, and it follows your staff wherever they're working.

A hand for your existing IT person
Already have someone in-house? We can cover holidays and evenings, watch your systems overnight, or lend a specialist when a project needs one.
